The Transformer Pad comes in three stylish colors: Royal Blue, Iceberg White and Torch Red. It also boasts an elegant concentric patterned finish that hints at the ASUS Zen philosophy found in the ZENBOOK™ and Transformer Pad Prime. With a profile that’s 9.9mm thin and
635g light, the Transformer Pad can easily be carried around all day, and when combined with the ASUS exclusive Mobile Dock, it turns into a productivity workstation. A QWERTY keyboard and multi-touch touchpad offers a true notebook experience, while a USB port and SD card

The Transformer Pad boasts a wide 178° viewable IPS display so images are sharp and easily shared with friends. A 1.2MP front camera allows for video conferencing while an 8MP rear camera with auto-focus takes brilliant photos thanks to a large F/2.2 aperture, 5-element lens, back illuminated CMOS sensor, touch-to-focus, depth of field effect and low light noise reduction to provide the clearest and sharpest photos. Also onboard is the preinstalled SuperNote application, which has the ability to take, draw or record notes, while Polaris™ Office is a great productive tool that gives users the ability to read or create Word, Excel and PowerPoint (MS Office 97-07 version compatible) files. With 32GB of internal memory, a microSD slot and 8GB of free storage on ASUS WebStorage for life, users can store and share their memories anytime, anywhere.

Accessorize the Transformer Pad
Accessories built for the ASUS Transformer Pad helps users get more out of it, extending the overall user experience. All offer instant convenience and style, working seamlessly with the same light and compact form factor. One such cover is the TranSleeve Dual, a durable, dual-positioning, multi-view angle sleeve that supports handheld video watching and ergonomic typing. Also available are micro HDMI to VGA or HDMI cables, an external SD Card reader, external USB Port adapter and a USB to Ethernet adapter, all designed to complement your ASUS Transformer Pad.

After extensive checks we can confirm that no units have been supplied to the UK with a known WiFi issue. Any customers experiencing WiFi issues specifically are advised to contact our support hotline on tel. 0870 1208 340.

Any customers who have purchased a Transformer Prime TF201 and are dissatisfied with the performance of the GPS module are advised to return the unit to their point of purchase for a full refund as per standard consumer rights that apply in the UK.

Any customers who wish to keep their unit will be offered an extension to the standard ASUS warranty from 12 to 18 months (for any retailers who offer an additional 12 months’ warranty with their purchase, the total warranty period will remain at 2 years). In relation to the recently-announced TF700 model, this product is unlikely to be available in the UK before June at the earliest and no pricing details have been announced.
